Ticket information

The IAEA Staff Association Charity Ball will take place on 7 February 2026 in the Hofburg Palace, Vienna. 

• 1–4 December 2025: Exclusively for IAEA Staff Association contributing members and IAEA staff
• From 5 December 2025 as of 10:00 AM: General ticket sales (all IAEA externals)

Ticket prices

Entrance ticket: € 100*
Entrance ticket for IAEA interns: € 70**

This entrance ticket grants access to the Hofburg (no reserved seating)
Tickets will be scanned at the entrance and are valid for one-time entry only.

**IAEA Intern discount: Limited availability. Each IAEA intern may purchase one discounted ticket. Please email the Ball Committee with a copy of your valid IAEA intern badge. The Committee will then contact you directly.

Important Notes:

• * Prices include three wardrobe items, ticketing service fees, and credit card charges (managed by an external company).
• * Food and drinks are not included in the ticket price.
• Each guest must have an entrance ticket.
• A seat ticket can only be purchased together with an entrance ticket, and the number of seat tickets must match the number of entrance tickets.
• If you prefer to attend without a reserved seat (formerly known as a “runner ticket”), you can simply purchase an entrance ticket only.

IMPORTANT REMARK

Ticket prices have increased for the first time since 2019 due to rising operational costs, rentals and event fees, enhanced event features, and inflation.
This adjustment ensures the continued delivery of a high-quality IAEA Ball experience.
Despite the increase, the IAEA Staff Association Ball remains the most affordable gala event in Vienna.
