Tombola ticket sales will start on 12 January 2026  for UN Staff and VIC badge holders only in the Rotunda at the Vienna International Centre (VIC).

You can buy as many tickets as you like.

Tickets can also be purchased on the evening of the Ball, at the main entrance (Foyer) of the Hofburg Palace (Heldenplatz), until 23:30.

Guests would need to deposit their tickets into the tombola drum before the start of the draw.

Tombola Draw

Draws will take place at 23:40 on 7 February 2026 in the Festsaal.

The winning numbers will be displayed in the Festsaal and will also be published on the IAEA Staff Association Charity Ball website the following week after the Ball.
